Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damages or signs of wear. Custom-made or personalized items, mattresses, and clearance/final sale products are non-returnable.

2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 905-451-5001 within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

4. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned furniture, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, within [insert number] business days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective furniture, report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled before shipping. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be canceled once in production.
