To be eligible, the furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damages or signs of wear. Custom-made or personalized items, mattresses, and clearance/final sale products are non-returnable.

Return Authorization (RA) Number: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 905-451-5001 within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
